KKM Application
The next step after done with MMC application is to submit documents to KKM to apply for
deployment as a medical personnel(permohonan penempataan pegawai perubataan), to
put your life easier, i recommend you to do it on the same day as you collect your sijil
pendaftaraan sementara from MMC, you can get your sijil pendaftaraan sementara certified
at klinik kesihataan or methodist school opposite MMC.

put your life easier, i recommend you to do it on the same day as you collect your sijil
pendaftaraan sementara from MMC, you can get your sijil pendaftaraan sementara certified
at klinik kesihataan or methodist school opposite MMC.

- Kad Pengenalan
- Sijil SPM atau setaraf
- Ijazah MBSS/MD/MBBcH/MBChB/ Transkrip
- Sijil Pendaftaran Sementara dengan Majlis Perubatan Malaysia
- Surat Nikah/Sijil Perkahwinan yang didaftarkan di Malaysia (if got )
- Gambar Berukuran Pasport (1 Keping)
- Jika nama anda di dalam ijazah/surat dekan/transkrip dan kad pengenalan berbeza ,sila kemukakan
Surat Akuan sumpah yang menyatakan bahawa individu dengan nama tertera pada salinan
ijazah/surat dekan/transkrip dan kad pengenalan tersebut adalah orang yang sama
You can submit this application by :
- Personally deliver it
- Mailing ( normal post,registered post,post laju)
- Email ( but all documents has to be in pdf form)
but it advisable to send the documents by yourself to KKM to avoid any setback.
it's the safest way as the staff can't claim they don't receive your application.

- Do make sure you have somebody with you if you`re planning to drive to KKM office.
It is hard to find parking there, so another person can wait in the car while you go to
submit your documents. - You will need to leave your IC/ driving licence at the reception counter before you`re
given a visiting pass. - Take the lift to level 9 and go to bahagian sumber manusia, unit pengurusan dan
profesional. - There will be a rack where you leave your form there. There will be no one you
need to meet or ask to check your form. In general if you fill up the forms and attach
all the documents properly, you`re fine.
